Scandinavian Embassy is a place where coffee and food meet fashion in a Scandinavian setting. At the SE you are able to enjoy delicious coffees combined with healthy breakfasts, lunches and private dining, all while taking a closer look at Dominika's fashion design.

SE is committed to coffee excellence and showcase tendencies within diverse specialty coffee roasters of Scandinavia. Nicolas Castagno, 2013 Brewers Cup Champion of Sweden and member of the National Team, will help you rediscover coffee in new ways. His focus is on customer service, taste-experience and coffee diversity employing a wide range of brewing methods at that. We are pairing coffee and food, enhancing the overall culinary experience.

Rikard Andersson - our Head Chef - maintaining close contact with small, niche, suppliers - goes with the seasonal change of products. Brought up farming, fishing, hunting and collecting - he spots quality when present to him. He therefore offers low price-range menus with a fine dining presentation - without losing the healthy and sustainable roots of the Scandinavian Cuisine. The kitchen has an "open" layout giving the place a unique atmosphere where customers can see and feel their food being prepare.

We will also be given courses on a regular basis - be it modern desserts, butchering, preparing fish or knife-techniques. Nicolas will also invite to coffee tasting sessions and coffee brewing and coffee-food pairing courses.
