Our story starts in Mexico, when I was just a child. My grandmother once told me that when the food is too salty, the Chef might be in love, if the food is too spicy, then the Chef is probably angry.
Ruiseñor will tell a story with each dish it serves. You will understand the inspiration, the combinations, and maybe the Chef was in love. It could never be too salty!
We want you to feel the emotion that inspired the creation of every dish.

Once served you will know everything about our dish, and please tell us if there is anything you cannot eat; and we will of course accommodate!

"Ruisenor's story starts in Mexico when chef Alberto Nol was just a child. Alberto's father owned a street taco place while his mother was baking fresh croissants every day. Once, his grandmother told him that when the food is too salty, the Chef might be in love, if the food is too spicy, then the Chef is probably angry... Coming from a background where food is the centre of everything, Alberto developed a great passion for cooking, giving birth to something special - Ruiseñor."
