Many people are confronted with problems, are unhappy with themselves or their environment and yet can’t seem to find their way out of it. Stress and tension affect your health, both mentally and physically. In some phases of life it isn’t always easy to free yourself from undesirable situations.

I offer support through professional coaching and can help you.

What do I do as coach?
As a trainer with years of experience, I help you answer important life questions and I provide you with tools so that in the future you can do this on your own.
I teach you how to understand yourself better by increasing awareness about what you feel and think and how to get a handle on your behavior and make the right decisions. This creates meaning in your life and helps you to set clear goals. As coach and trainer, I’m your confidant, your sounding board and your strategist.
