The Youth Company offers a platform for young people, in which the development and discovery of talents, skills and competence is crucial. The Youth Company stimulates young people to take the lead in their own learning. Our methods are based on non-formal education and learning will almost always take place in an international group. This approach offers a valuable supplement to formal education. We are delighted to encourage young people to take initiative in their personal and professional growth and to increase their impact on society in this way.
