i640Gym is a brand new training and performance facility, including dedicated top-notch personal training area, small group training area (Cross Fit Amstelveen official affiliate), Yoga classes area two clean bathrooms, physiotherapy&massage room and lounge area, designed with one thing in mind; the athlete’s experience! The first complete functional training facility in Amstelveen to help you achieve your fitness goals, safe, efficient and fast.

We believe that teaching great classes isn’t enough anymore. We have to teach great classes in a clean, safe, friendly atmosphere.
As a member of our gym, you enjoy the best facility, equipment, and technology available.
We specialize in individual training 1 on 1, and group fitness using Cross Fit methodology. Our group fitness class sizes are strategically monitored, so every athlete receives the attention they deserve. With the extensive training and expertise of our coaches, afford you, the athlete, is a two-fold experience; you enjoy the community support of a group environment while still addressing your own individual needs and goals.

We believe that working on your strength is not only about lifting weights, but also working on the mobility that will allow you to excute proper techniques with full range of motion and avoid injuries. That’s why we provide Yoga classes for who want to work on their mobility and to achieve virtuos movement.
In the near future we will have special classes designed for kids and of course we will provide all our members with professional nutritional counselling and healthy smoothies and snacks at our sport bar.
