All-round, max. 1 hour workouts, training by appointment only, always with a professional personal trainer 1:1 or in small groups.

Designed with one thing in mind; the athlete’s experience! The first complete functional training facility in Amstelveen to help you achieve your fitness goals, safe, efficient and fast.

We believe that teaching great classes isn’t enough anymore. We have to teach great classes in a clean, safe, friendly atmosphere. As a member of our gym, you enjoy the best facility, equipment, and technology available. We specialize in individual training 1:1, and small group fitness using CrossFit methodology. Our group fitness class sizes are strategically monitored, so every athlete receives the attention he or she deserves.

We believe that working on your strength is not only about lifting weights, but also working on the mobility that will allow you to excute proper techniques with full range of motion and avoid injuries. That’s why we provide yoga classes for those who want to work on their mobility and to achieve virtuous movement.

We will also provide our members with professional nutritional counselling, healthy smoothies and snacks at our sport bar.
