EnTranCe (Energy Transition Centre) focuses on energy; an initiative by the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and part of the Energy Academy Europe.
The worlds has a great need for sustainable innovations in the field of energy. It's time to devote ourselves to build on the energy of tomorrow.
EnTranCe, the Energy Transition Centre, is the hotspot of applied sciences for business and innovations. Students, researchers and companies with good ideas about the future of our energy have the opportunities, the facilities, the technologies and the best possible network to develop their plans into the energy products and services the market demands.
EnTranCe offers student, researchers and companies an excellent facility in which they can work on innovations. It's a new complex at the Zernike Science Park in Groningen, the Netherlands, where all forms of energy and all conceivalble technical support are available. Participating businesses and institutions have access to state-of-the-art equipment as well as the technical sexpertise of the parties that have taken the initiative for EnTranCe.
EnTranCe offers much more than technology: within the EnTranCe formula innovations are linked directly to existing and future markets. Dhis will allow start-ups to extend business models with the support of experts from the education and business sectors (e.g. lawyers, economists, marketeers, financial experts, business administrators and behavioural scientists). Good ideas are immediately translated into succesful product-market combinations.
