Atelier Ingeborg Steenhorst creates couture and art next to custom made design. We also create exclusive stage outfit and styling designs for internationally acclaimed artists within music, theatre and entertainment industry.

Geschiedenis

Established in 2006, Atelier Ingeborg Steenhorst is a Dutch couture and art atelier located in 's-Hertogenbosch (NL), owned and run by couturier and artist Ingeborg Steenhorst. Assisted by an experienced and devoted team of dressmakers, she transforms ordinary into extraordinary design. Crafted with artistry and distinction, her designs make a strong appearance with a (dark) romantic and free spirit attitude. Every single garment is elegantly tailored intent to bring out the best in you, to express your personality and to enlarge self-confidence. Next to couture and art the atelier creates exclusive costume and styling design for the internationally acclaimed artists within the music, theatre & entertainment industry.

Our services include:
- Custom couture design for every day life and/or special occasions (wedding, party, gala, red carpet)
- Exclusive stage outfit and costume design
- Wardrobe styling for editorial features, print or TV advertising campaigns, music videos, concert performances and any public appearances made by celebrities, models or other public figures.

MISSION
It's our mission to design & create with love for Planet Earth. Therefore we incorporate sustainable design techniques next to traditional tailoring. By utilizing materials already made, we try to give our share in reducing the industry's carbon footprint and lower environmental pollution. At Atelier Ingeborg Steenhorst we like to inspire you to embrace a sustainable and more personal fashion attitude. We support the slow fashion movement and only offer one-of-a-kind items, made to order designs and limited collections.

Over the past 11 years our exclusive stage outfit designs are worn by renowned rock artists such as Anneke Van Giersbergen (VUUR), Floor Jansen (Nightwish/REVAMP/After Forever), Epica, Thomas Vikström (Therion), Cristina Scabbia & Lacuna Coil, Dianne van Giersbergen Official (Ex Libris / ex-Xandria), Inga Scharf (Van Canto) among others.
