9WODs is an event where CrossFit boxes around the world can compete in a 9 hour long event. Teams will consists 2 female and 2 male athletes.

Geschiedenis

The 13th of February the 9WODs event will take place. From 10:00 till 19:00 (GMT +1) teams of 4 will compete over 9 hours. Each hour a new workout will be announced with the corresponding people to perform it. This could be the entire team, 2 male athletes, 2 female atletes, mixed couple or the second mixed couple. With this event, we will try to raise as much money as possible for ALS.
