About WDH Hydraulics

WDH Hydraulics has developed a great reputation for designing and manufacturing bespoke hydraulic cylinders.

WDH Hydraulics is managed by experts, who are all specialized in their own field. Through cooperation with our partners we are able to provide you a complete service quickly, flexibly and efficiently.

WDH understands the different working environments and engineers the most appropriate solution for your application by matching your requirements with its own extensive experience. Typical WDH customers are offshore equipment builders, dredging companies and shipyards.

Engineering

The engineering department acts as a trouble shooter, time after time. A broad know-how and advanced CAD-technology (Solid Works) ensures that our engineers can effectively and efficiently design the optimum solution. We fully understand the requirements of all important classification societies, such as Lloyd's, Veritas, DNV, ABS.


ISO 9001 and 3834 certification

WDH Hydraulics' Quality Management System has been successfully certified under lSO standard ISO 9001:2015. This supports WDH Hydraulics’ enthusiastic employees in focusing on quality and continuous improvement. The Certification for ISO 9001:2015 has been given by Lloyds in March 2016. WDH is among the first companies in the Netherlands to receive ISO 9001-2015 accreditation

Also ISO 3834 -2 is in place. This is the most extensive level of the three possible levels in ISO 3482. It ensures that WDH works in accordance with approved procedures and with fully qualified welders under the supervision of a welding coordinator.

Products

WDH Hydraulics manufactures custom made products. The final design is often the result of an extensive engineering process often involving our own and our customers’ engineers. WDH Hydraulics has a reputation for resolving difficult issues in an adequate way.

All products are engineered to perform under severe conditions and to provide reliable power and safe controls for marine and offshore applications.

Maintenance & repair

WDH Hydraulics fully understands that downtime of your equipment will result in significant cost and potential project overruns. Limiting downtime is therefore crucial in our design, but also in ensuring a quick turnaround in case a cylinder needs to be repaired. In order to prevent future downtime, WDH often modifies the cylinders during repair.

Over the years WDH Hydraulics has proven to be a reliable partner for professional industrial organisations, such as Huisman Equipment, Heerema and Boskalis.
