At Tucheze International we love sports! Sport is a positive force in the lives of children and youth. Sports teaches youngsters about their talents, they discover how to shift the dynamics of a team. They develop social skills and learn their limits. Sport contributes to their physical and mental health. In 1987, UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) designated sports and physical education as a fundamental right for everyone. Unfortunately, this right to sport and play for many children and young people can not be realised because of poverty. Therefore this is what Tucheze International aims to change for children and young people mainly in the developing countries by providing access to free sports equipment. Tucheze International depends solely on the generosity of donors, sponsors,founders and volunteers

''Tucheze'' is a word from Swahili. It means: let's play or playing.
