TOS was founded in 1992 and soon expanded to become an international service provider in personnel solutions with its head office in Rotterdam and a network of TOS branch offices abroad. TOS is active in maritime, offshore, oil & gas and renewables industry. Under the name Select, TOS also supplies personnel for shore-based jobs. In addition, TOS provides turnkey ship deliveries and nautical technical management.
