Ten Kate Racing's workshop in Nieuwleusen has an impressive in-house department, specialised in the development of Ten Kate Racing - or TKR – products (TKRP). The experience and knowledge gained by the team in the World Superbike and Supersport championships are further developed by this department and made available to privateer teams worldwide.

The development of a competitive engine requires some basic ingredients: first of all a talented rider and team of mechanics capable of developing and testing newly designed parts and a lot of on-track testing time. Most teams, however, do not have access to the budgets needed to meet these requirements, forcing them to delay their development time and waste most of the racing season.

The close relationship between TKRP and the Pata Ten Kate Honda racing team enables them to bridge this gap and actively react and incorporate the latest developments and techniques from the World Superbike championship. The impressive tally of Pata Ten Kate Honda's World Titles is complemented by results gained by TKR machines in various series worldwide.

A privateer, who purchases a TKRP engine benefits instantly from the experience gained by the Pata Ten Kate Honda team in the World Superbike and Supersport championships.
