The M&E team at Spark Intelligent Design provides consultancy, design services, support and coordination for integrated electrical and mechanical engineering projects for the construction, reconstruction and renovation of building-related systems. A special hospitality department has been established to enable smooth service integration in complex hotel projects.
In 1979 we handled our first hotel project and over the decades our team of consulting engineers produced several hundreds of M&E services designs for hotels, newly builds and renovations.
We travel all over the world to fine tune hotel M&E services for major hotel companies lowering their energy consumptions by introducing efficient energy management programs. The impressive results of the low energy hotels we designed have triggered hospitality companies to invest in and gain from smart hotel systems.
As Legionella specialist we disinfects domestic water plants where that is needed urgently on a 24/7 basis worldwide and/or produces risk assessments on the spot. The experience with complex and advanced technologies enable us to excel in very exact cost estimations and as trouble shooter for M & E services.
