Geschiedenis

SchipVast sees the possibility to realize profitable building projects on the housing market both in the Kempen as abroad with moderate returns and good future prospects. We want to sublet the houses sustainably, but occasionally we will also be active in the owner-occupier market. Depending on demand and the municipal housing programs, SchipVast realizes both rental housing with rent above and below the rent benefit limit. We offer affordable, qualitative and future-proof housing. Where required, these real estate properties comply with the rules of housing quality labels (Woonkeur or Woonkeur Plus). We treat our tenants well, we periodically inform them via newsletters and we actively conform ourselves to policy of municipalities.
