This group is designed for permanent members of StudioPoleProficiency.

Pole dancing is a combination of moving smoothly in and around the pole, making combinations of different poses and moves, flexibility, strength and endurance, you will learn to improve and bring yourself to an ever higher level of pole dancing. An incredibly fun and creative way to stay healthy both mentally and physically. This sport is in a team of people, so you can motivate each other and also discover new challenges and go all the way in this amazing sport.

Monday:
Beginners 19:30- 21.00
All levels 21.00 - 22:30

Wednesday:
All levels 19:30 - 21.00

Thursday:
All levels 20:30 - 22:00

To sign up, you can transfer the participation fee to StudioPoleProficiency NL08 BUNQ 2290 1436 34, citing which lesson you would like to join or try, date and time. After your payment has been confirmed and are checked in the event, you are signed up. Owners of a ten-ride ticket are signed up for the lessons when they joined the event, please transfer the tuition 24 hours before the class starts, then your place in the class is final. For canceling the lesson also 24 hours before the lesson starts. I trust that people come who have signed, please let me know if you are still not able to be with in 24 hours.

There is room for 12 people per lesson, so if you would like to join , sign up. The first trial lesson only costs 5 euros!

Single lesson 10 euros
And 10 lessons 80 euros 2/3 classes per week are half a price, card is for 4 months.

You also can pay by pin before the lesson starts.

What do you bring to the lesson?
Hot pants, short pants for men, towel, bottle of water (food not allowed in the room), two towels (one for the pole and one for yourself), and also a tok for the man because of the climbing, magnesium (if you have it).
