Vertaald door Google Ik kwam naar de yogalessen van Stefania en was verbaasd hoeveel kennis ze heeft over lichaam, spieren, yogabeoefening, mindfulness enz. Ze heeft me enorm geholpen om terug te keren naar mijn lichaam en meer zelfbewust te worden. Ik kom voor privé yogalessen en massage, en beide kunnen ik aanbevelen als zeer goede ervaring, en de manier om het lichaam te verkennen en te verbinden met je geest. Origineel I came to Stefania's yoga lessons and was amazed how knowledgeable she is about body, muscles, yoga practice, mindfulness etc. She helped me a lot to come back to my body and be more self-aware. I come for private yoga lessons and massage, and both can recommend as very good experience, and the way to explore the body and connect it to your mind.

We both love this place! Stefania is a very kind person with a lot of knowledge. She has good energy and welcomes you in her lovely home with a lot of beautiful plants which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

She is a very sweet person, very prepared in everything she teaches, available, affable, nice, humble and with a lot of resources. I spent two days dedicating them only to myself and to what I like best. I tasted the inner peace, the union with nature and the people around me. And I also sweated a lot! Stefania was and is a source of inspiration and motivation for me.

Ik hou van Stefania's vastberaden en oplettende stijl van lesgeven en ben een trouwe student sinds ik haar een paar jaar geleden ontmoette. Ze heeft me begeleid tijdens mijn Vinyasa Jivamukti-praktijk en tijdens mijn zwangerschap in prenatale yoga. Ik kan nu niet wachten om met haar mee te doen in de postnatale praktijk en verder te leren van deze werkelijk opmerkelijke leraar! Origineel I have been practicing yoga for the past 15 years and can honestly say that Stefania is one of the best teachers I've come across. Her yoga knowledge is vast and she's able to guide beginner to advanced yogis while accommodating for any injuries or modifications. I love Stefania's firm and observant teaching style and have been a loyal student since meeting her a few years ago. She's guided me through my Vinyasa Jivamukti practice as well as during my pregnancy in Prenatal yoga. I now can't wait to join her in Postnatal practice and to continue learning from this truly remarkable teacher!

She puts so much thought in to the whole class, makes it demanding, yet relaxing and always gives us something a long the way at the beginning with a spiritual note. She dissects the postures for you, to really be able to understand the basics and where you can tweak them.
