Since 1st June 2017, the Museum of Contemporary Tibetan Art in Emmen, Holland, is open to the public. Showing, displaying, preserving, and promoting the Artistic, Cultural and Historical matters of Tibetan Art, coming from the roof of the world, to embrace the West. Tashi Norbu’s, Marjanne Timmerman's and Team’s aim, this Museum to be the cradle of Tibetan Contemporary Art; and this is everyone’s Museum with a continuing activity, projects and displays. Dear All,
Some time ago, we greeted and welcome you in our Museum of Contemporary Tibetan Art in the Creative People's Park in Emmen. You expressed your interest about the present and future activities in the Museum, and we are now happy to forward to you an overview of the workshops that are due in the following two months in the Museum. We also encourage those Museum friends who have indicated their interest to a workshop, not to wait too long for their task!

WORKSHOPS
Basics of Tibetan painting and Sculpture techniques.

22nd July, or 19th August, or 26th August.
HOURS 12:30 – 05:30
Workshop scheduled for the 22nd July is almost fully booked (please ask us) or you may apply for the workshop of 19th August.
The 22nd July and 26th August workshops are dedicated on how to paint a Buddha and a Mandala, technique based on the Traditional and Contemporary Tibetan Art.
The 19th August Workshop is dedicated on the Art of Sculpture. You will be taught how to create a small Buddha sculpture.

There is a donation fee of 55 Euros for each (5 hours duration) workshop, towards the support of the Museum of Tibetan Contemporary Art in Emmen, for the Purpose of preserving and expanding the Tibetan Art worldwide. (fee includes canvas, painting materials, coffee/tea, delicacy offerings)
