Marnetta [mar-net-ta] a lovely soul spreading love for Carribean food in Holland since 2005. She founded the Caribbean Diners Club in Haarlem and served her famous Jerk Chicken at Appelsap Festival & Soul Food Sundays at Cafe Struik.
Originally from Jamaica, Marnetta's family settled in Sheffield, UK where she grew up on rice & peas - traditional Jamaican staple food. Later in life she crossed the channel to live in Haarlem with her own family. As a mother of three boys, she commits every day to crafting her culinary skills and setting an example of how hard work is integral in chasing the dream. Her dream is to serve Carribean food to all of you
