Mr. Lebkov says: 'We have organic cheese from Biokaas in Kinderdijk, farmers butter from Den Eelder, our meat is from Livar, we have Tasty Tom tomatoes which are grown in the Netherlands, our salmon is from high quality and is smoked at Smoking in Enkhuizen, our tuna is from Deepblue, we have free range eggs from Eibaar and organic carpaccio from Ecofields. All of our ingredients are homemade each day. Our hummus, egg salad, tuna salad, tomato-tapenade, wasabi-mayonnaise, tomato-mayonnaise and pesto are all based on the recipe of Mr. Lebkov.'
