Welcome at the official Facebook page of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines!

You can contact us 24/7, in Dutch, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. We also answer in Italian during local office hours 7 days a week.

We created this page to inspire you and get to know each other a little better. We will keep you updated and encourage you to share your experience, comments and suggestions. We value your feedback and thank you for helping us improve our products and services.

• We’ll be happy to respond to your comments, but may refer you to different sources or channels if they are better suited to answer your questions.

NOTICE ABOUT FAKE CAMPAIGNS

Such campaigns may promote free KLM tickets or tickets at reduced fares, sometimes seemingly on behalf of KLM. These include so called “Like and Win” campaigns. We’d strongly advise you not to take part in any campaigns that were not published on one of KLM’s websites or verified social media accounts.
