J.van VLIET Bloemenexport (Department Aalsmeer) plays a key role within the Van VLIET Flower Group. It is an experienced division which concentrates, only on the best deals and quality possible. It is Located in the north of the Netherlands and is the largest flower auction in the world. The auction building of the flower auction in Aalsmeer is the third largest building in the world, in terms of floorspace, covering 990,000 m² (10.6 million sq ft). Flowers from all over the world (Europe, Colombia, Ethiopia, etc) are traded on a daily basis at the Aalsmeer facilities.. Meaning its buying power is immense. Our buyers who are highly experienced, buy daily in Aalsmeer’s clocks . If it is not there ,together with our direct purchasing from growers at home and abroad we can provide all the necessities that are required by our customers at a competitive market price. Once we have purchased all of what our customers have asked for, we package everything to the best quality ensuring nothing gets damaged in transit.
