Iron House is the Utrecht's premiere strength and conditioning gym. We are a strong community of lifters and training enthusiasts.

Geschiedenis

We started Iron House Co. because we were unsatisfied with the commercial gym options that has saturated the Dutch fitness market. Though we believe there is nothing wrong with the commercial gym format, they do not provide the equipment and environment for intense fitness. We also missed the sense of community and group support that we believe belong in a gym.
So, we decided to fix this problem. We knew we wanted to be in a gym that was more than just a space filled with weights and machines, but also a place where you share in the experiences of others and grow together. So we set out to create this ultimate intense fitness facility and brotherhood, a hardcore gym, and share it with the world.

We aim to become a gym that you will call your home. Iron House Co. provides the best possible atmosphere and community to accomplish your fitness goals. We are more than a gym. We are a family. We lift hard and grow together.
