We are an organic- vegan restaurant committed to a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Thus we cook purely vegan cuisine because we believe animals should live a natural life. But there is more...
All our dishes are prepared with local, seasonal and 100% organic ingredients. Some of our fruit and vegetables have food kilometre ratings of less than 0.005, coming from our own community garden! Our food footprint is 0,7 hectare per year in comparison with an average food footprint of 2.1 hectare per year for a Dutch family. All materials we use in the restaurant will be recycled and recyclable products, including the train carriage itself, which is onto it’s third life! We are thus a good example of a restaurant that is 100% sustainable. We look after our environment!
Our most important ambition however is to deliver delicious vegan meals, with no compromise on taste or affordability. A veritable feast for your body and mind! With inspirations from all corners of the world, and an ‘aire Parisienne’!
