Ik heb onlangs een paar monsters besteld, maar toen ik mijn pakket ontving, was ik verrast om niet alleen de monsters te vinden, maar een volle fles van 30 ml van het parfum ernaast. Nadat ik contact had opgenomen met de klantenservice, werd ik doorverwezen naar David, die erg aardig en snel was om me te helpen. We hebben vastgesteld dat de fles per vergissing is verzonden, maar gezien de vele extra reizen heen en weer, mocht ik de volle fles toch houden. Heel erg bedankt voor je hulp, bespaart me de moeite om naar het postkantoor te gaan en niet in de laatste plaats voor het parfum 'Sticky Fingers', dat is trouwens fantastisch! Origineel Outstanding customer service. I recently ordered a few samples, when i received my parcel however, i was surprised to not just find the samples, but a full 30 ml bottle of the parfume alongside. After reaching out to customer service i was referred to David who was very kind and quick to help me. We determined the bottle to have been sent in error but considering the many additional trips back and forth, i was allowed to keep the full bottle anyway. Thank you very much for your help, saving me the hassle to go to the post office and last but definitely not least for the perfume 'Sticky Fingers', which is fantastic by the way!
