This cottage with its own private garden is located at 250 meters distance from the dunes and forest and within walking distance to the centre of Schoorl

At ground level you will enjoy the cosy living room with sitting and dining area and a nice well equipped kitchen Also downstairs you will also find a single bedroom and the bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a sink. On this floor there is also a separate toilet and there is enough space to store.The house has a green garden with a very large private terrace,and all the outdour furniture you’ll need. The cottage has a private parkinglace for 2 cars. The house is very suitable for tourists who are looking for a private and quiet place. At the same time it has the advantage of being close to the centre of Schoorl. By bicycle, you reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Schoorl, Groet and Camperduin are situated near a wide strip of dunes with an area of 1800 hectares lined up on the edge of the National Park of the 'Schoorlse Duinen'. The varied flora, some small streams, a highly branched and large network of cycling and hiking trails. The typical Dutch polder landscape joins on the eastern edge of the area. Where the dune series ends, begins the Hondsbossche Zeewering (dyke)Behind this large dyke you'll find 'de Putten', a bird sanctuary.
