Info drink-eat-relax Geschiedenis Originally an English pub called O' Henry's, The Tara has now become a well-known hot-spot in Amsterdam, featuring a Lounge-Bar-Restaurant concept. Come and experience the different atmospheres the owners have created though out the maze of five various rooms that are playfully connected to each other. These rooms are perfect for larger groups and parties. Whether you come for a drink, a delicious dinner or a custom made buffet, the Tara provides the kind of ambiance you are looking for. Located in 3 monumental properties once inhabited by the "Cellebroeders" monks, The Tara was also home to the German artist Max Beckmann, famous for his masterpieces which he painted in Amsterdam.
