Furnished with wooden tables and chairs, the interior is what the Dutch would describe as "gezellig". A cosy atmosphere created by dim lighting and Old Dutch paintings. Reflecting the culture of decorating the room with old things, it seems more like a Dutch living room than diner.

The Panty is specialised in  traditional Dutch dishes. These include 'Herring' as well as 'Stamppotten;' a mashed potato dish mixed with vegetables and sausages or meatballs.

We also offer an extensive wine list from different countries, the red wine displayed on a wine rack. Your waiter brings you your choice of wine, giving you a quick taster before pouring it into your glass.

Located in the busy streets of Leidseplein, it is advised to book a table as it can get busy. During the summer it's possible to sit in the small terrace with your choice of company.
