"Gustatio, a Latin word for the first course of a meal, is an Italian restaurant opened in Oud-West Amsterdam in late 2017, after the success of our first restaurant in Groningen.Our menu is based on Italian classics such as Carbonara, Amatriciana, Ragu’ alla Bolognese, as well as other pastas that follow the latest trends in Italian cuisine. All of our recipes are prepared using both fresh and dried pasta, with gluten-free options. Our brigade consists, strictly, of Italian cooks from different parts of the country, therefore able, to contribute to the preparation of food with a different twist. Come also to enjoy our home made desserts, Italian wines and cocktails!"
