Tortilleria Taiyari is the first traditional Mexican tortilla bakery in the Netherlands. We craft organic soft corn tortillas from organic non-gmo whole grain corn. Nixtamalised and stoneground in Uithoorn, N-H.

Geschiedenis
Welcome to Tortilleria Taiyari, the first traditional Mexican tortilla bakery in The Netherlands that crafts fresh soft corn tortillas from organic whole grain corn.

Our tortillas are made following the ancient Mexican process of nixtamalization: cooking the corn with lime, stonegrind it into fresh masa and finally baked in our tortilladora.

All our products are organic, gluten free and without additives.
