However, it’s best known for spectacular high kicks, spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. The course consists for a large part practicing these techniques in different forms; for example for sparring or for breaking boards. Taekwon-Do is a very physical sport, but also the mental aspect will be addressed. Respect for each other and self-control are important during the lessons, but also in daily life!Sung Zang stands for growth, both physically and mentally. Our school is a dynamic, stimulating and inspiring place where we train hard in a good atmosphere."
