Organization Overview

History:
In May 2014, just after a couple of days of death (May 8) and commemoration ceremony of Baby Akter Nahar Meena (55), her family decided to establish a foundation for her eternal peace. Later, it is, on June 2016, organized and established by Masud Zakaria, elder son of her. Though it looks like Meena Foundation is a private foundation initiated by a family, but the nonprofit is actually running under the public Society Act and taking programs for the well-being of the humanity. We are running good, by raising fund from public sources and taking action through a public organizational decision process.

Mission Statement:  
We work together to competently develop reliable human capital through continuous improvement in the organic resources management of the communities.

Vision Statement: 
We collaboratively pursue the go-forward-solutions for life in order to stay organically dynamic in the tomorrow's world.

Beneficiaries: 
In an undertaken constituency, the poor and needy ones are directly benefited by our programs, and all other members too in the community would be benefited indirectly as we set our programs on a holistic viewpoint.

Goals:
1.	Human Resource would be engaged in the Broader Range of Human Capital Development Process. 
2.	Community Resource Management Planning in Full.
3.	No Children to be dropped out of High School Education in the undertaken communities..
4.	Production and Intake of Undertaken Communities would be Completely Organic.

Outcomes: 
An integrated efforts to the planning and actions of a community resources would bring a way forward on dynamic life where people would feel living in an organic society with a holistic worldview and the life would be in complete satisfaction within their own efforts and properties.

Achievements:
We have worked for establishing an educational institution in a community where some eighty children are taking their nursery and primary education for today.

Budget: 
For our personnel and programs, we have estimated a budget of US$ 40,000 from the June 2016-June 2017 fiscal year.

Funders: 
The small-some properties of Late Baby Akter Nahar Meena has been given to the foundation and taken as seed money. We are fundraising for our regular goals and programs. Individuals, local and international corporations, private and public foundations and grant makers are our funders. We do not ignore  crowd funding as well.
