Info Het QSI was een initiatief vanuit de Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Van 2012-2017 werd kennis en ervaring over zelfmeting gedeeld via onderzoek en onderwijs. Geschiedenis Quantified Self Institute is an initiative of Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen (the Netherlands) in collaboration with QS Labs LLC (San Francisco, CA). Self-tracking for personalized health is what we study and teach. We are a multi-disciplinary network organization active in the emerging field of apps and wearable technologies. Our activities consist of higher education, applied research, and innovation projects. Our mission is to improve quality of life by generating and sharing knowledge on Quantified Self (QS). We focus on the Big Five for Healthy Life (physical activity, food, sleep, stress & relaxation and social interaction).
