Geschiedenis
We practice a Korean martial arts style of self-defense. A very versatile and effective combat system in which self-confidence, control and condition are key.

It is good to feel that you can defend yourself if you need to. Self-defense gives you self-awareness and self-control .

Tang Soo Do is certainly no method that stimulates senseless aggression. Brute force is not needed. Well practiced movements give you the peace and confidence that you need in difficult situations. Tang Soo Do is aimed at controlling the mind and body. As perfect as ever possible.

It provides perseverance and strength of character. Through mastering the challenges within the system you will learn to master your ego, fears, conflicts and hang-ups.

Despite a very serious approach to the various techniques during training there is intentionally room for humor and entertainment. In short, a very useful and enjoyable outlet.
