Our quest is to create Union between the vast and colourful world of Botanicals – giving birth to vibrant and exciting Botanical Rums.

Geschiedenis
Union 55 is driven by an ambition to bring a real and honest approach to spiced rum, using only the finest natural ingredients. For over 18 months we have been working to perfect each flavour extraction, and ultimately create a recipe worth sharing with the world. Inspired by the ways in which top Michelin-star chefs, and world-class chocolatiers combine sweet and salty flavours, we blended smooth cask-aged Barbados rum with five delicate spices, and rounded it off with a touch of organic Añana salt.
