A fresh cup of coffee should be made from freshly roasted and ground coffee... Engrano imports coffee from latin-america and roasts it on demand, generally only hours before shipping it, in order to provide you coffee that has the best possible smell and taste. The coffees we offer are all so-called single origin coffees. That is, they come from one region only and have not been blend with other coffees. Blending coffees may have the advantage that it assures a more constant taste whereas single-origin coffees may have some variation in taste depending on the year and even exact location it was harvested.
