XYZ-Area will become an area dedicated to spatial interventions. Art, Design, Architecture and related urban developments, are the fields of expertise the XYZ-Area focuses on. The Area consists of studio spaces for working on a larger scale, an exhibition space / debate arena and an international Artist-in-Residency.

The XYZ-Area is part of the Creative Coop. (Creatieve Coöperatie). Two locations of creative industry in Zwolle (Netherlands): www.creatievecooperatie.nl

De XYZ-Area wordt een gebied voor ruimtelijke interventies. Kunst, Design en Architectuur in combinatie met stedenbouwkundige ontwikkelingen vormen de basis van dit initiatief. Op de Area zullen werkplaatsen zijn voor groot ruimtelijk werk, tentoonstellings- en debatruimte en een internationale Artist-in-Residency. En dat alles in het hart van Zwolle.
