LIGHTHORSE supports organizations to transform their business through an integrated approach; aligning natural leadership development, culture, capabilities and mindsets with strategies that create value and the processes and structures within an organization.
We offer coaching, training, consultancy and a action oriented platform Leading The Way Forward on “HOW to lead business transformation”.
Each project is customized so that it is fully anchored in the context of the organization.

We believe that everybody can make a difference and learn how to reach desired results by overcoming internal obstacles and unleashing our true potential.

Natural Leadership is at the heart of what we do. We have developed a very impactful transformation methodology which we use for almost 10 years. This approach moves beyond traditional approaches of working with horses and guarantees real impact and behavioral change afterwards.

We use this methodology also for parents, children families and our societal project in which we work with 'forgotten children'.
