Geschiedenis
Bergstein Digital BV was established more than 40 years ago in Kerkrade (the Netherlands). The company initially started as the first representative of the well known pad-printing company Tampoprint. The company Bergstein BV became known for its expertise as the pad-printing specialist for the Benelux. Bergstein BV stood out in its field due to their revolutionary printing techniques, specific to the industrial market. Bergstein BV supplies its customers with a turnkey solution, "everything the customer received can be delivered by Bergstein BV". The Company is well known for its standard machines as well as for custom made automatic systems. Bergstein BV provides all supplies and pad-printing accessories, such as film producing, printing ink, clichés, pads etc.

In addition to pad printing Bergstein BV began to develop established partnerships with various international screen-printing companies such as Frintrup, Kammann, Ruco and Coates. Now Bergstein BV could not only deliver standard machines, but also automated systems as well as supplies including screen, squeegees, inks, etc. This has added a second dimension to the existing business of the company.

As the company grew, a third dimension was added to compliment the current product line: laser-engraving machines and pre-treat and post-curing equipment. The treatments include plasma-, corona-, flame, ionisation pre-treatment equipment and post-curing systems, to address adhesion on various substrates.

Bergstein's priorities have always been to continuously offer better, faster and more advanced printing techniques. in 2005 Bergstein has added direct digital printing techniques to the product line. After several years of investment and development, this new digital printing technique for the industry was ready to launch. With this addition of industrial printing technique Bergstein Digital BV was born.

Having successful fairs in Geneva, Las Vegas, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Milan, Bergstein has established itself as a successful industrial digital integrator.

Bergstein Digital BV offers a total solution in printing techniques including decorating metal, ceramics, glass or plastic. Working through a worldwide dealer network, we are able to offer state of the art printing techniques for many high profile industrial customers, including Philips, Heineken, Tupperware, Adidas, GE, BIC and more recently Adidas. It is also thanks to them that we have grown into a company that is known as 'a reliable partner in printing techniques'.

Bergstein Digital provides customized printing solutions for each customer and integrates the printers seamlessly into their production process. The printers are modular built, where pretreatment, primers, colors, and curing systems can be installed using industrial cassette systems in a solid framework with a high-tech transport system."
