EIP is an interdisciplinary dept covering EU Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights, International Law, International Development and Legal Philosophy.

Geschiedenis
The European and International Public Law department (EIP) is one of the nine departments of the Faculty of Law of Tilburg University. We offer courses for both Bachelor and Master students, for example European Community Law, general International Public Law and Human Rights Law. The staff working at our department is active in the fields of International Law, Human Rights Law, EU Law, Environmental Law and Legal Philosophy. EIP also houses many talented - junior and senior - researchers of European and International Law. All EIP staff members are active within the Center for Transboundary Legal Development (CTLD).
