Info Our philosophy is to bring our clients awareness of their own bodies with healthy movements and a focus on dynamic posture. Geschiedenis Studio M Pilates is located in Badhoevedorp, just outside of Amsterdam. The studio has a relaxed atmosphere, is spacious and well-equipped. We have a room for mat lessons and a separate space for reformer lessons. We offer an extensive schedule of Pilates classes with a personal approach such as: matwork, private lessons, reformer group lessons and circuit training. Our instructors are certified by Stott Pilates®, a contemporary approach of the Pilates method.
