Geschiedenis
Biography…my  food art.

Being a 4yr old farmers daughter my passion for plants all kinds was in my blood growing up. I

would pick up fruit seeds and replant and watch them grow. Always fascinated by their vibrant

colors as they reached for the sunlight. Following my dad all over the hugh crops of leechees,

mangoes, vegetables etc. I grew up in a paradise of art, forms twirls and shapes..

My love for nature grew deeper & deeper. As I got older I took an interest in growing my own

vegetables & creating my own herb gardens. Before I realized it, a passion to cook & create art with

food from my garden was slowly brewing inside me. Then the ‘cream of the crop’ came when out

of curiosity I entered and won cooking competitions after competitions. I was asked to do small

workshops with Indian cuisines. Inspirational talks about food, flavours & create artistic cuisines. My desire

to mix and draw from curry powders, herbs & spices grew stronger. I was asked to cook and

provide tasty food & snacks for groups of people. My desire to own my own catering company

stemmed from me sharing my culinary expertise with my late brother Teddy and his wedding

planning & catering company. Today I still share my passion and platform with people all over that

want to experience, taste and understand the art of good flavorsome food.
