As a psychologist I am interested in understanding the human nature. As a life coach I work with my clients in nature because it helps them to relax, reflect and recover from what ever it is they need healing for. As a yoga teacher I studied Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. More then that I am interested in the effects of Yoga on the Mind, because when we control (with love and understanding) the Mind, our life begins to move effortlessy in the directions of the heart.
