Geschiedenis
In large parts of the world Indian cuisine enjoys imense popularity. From the ever old Maharajas' royal dishes to the Imperial British 'curries', there is something for everyone. This is not surprising if one imagines that the country has some 1.2 billion people, who all have different traditions, cultures, religions etc.

It is because of this that the Indian cuisine is richly varied.
Meat or vegetarian dishes, mild or spicy, delicious breads with a suitable gravy or sauce, there is an appropriate dish for everyone
Though mainly based on Northern Indian and Mughlai cuisine, there are also a range of variety from other ethnic Indian cuisines, like the Goan Vindaloo or the Kashmiri Korma. Bombay Palace offers a variety of cooking styles and a variety of curry, tandoori and vegetarian dishes and combinations of these.

Coming here you will experience true Indian hospitality with a cozy interior decorated to ensure a true Indian atmosphere.

In our kitchen our experienced chefs prepare the food in a traditional way (eg. the Tandoori clay oven). The herbs and spices for your dishes they use are very carefully selected and blended together. They ensure that the quality of your dishes are to the highest standards and according to your wishes.
