De Refugee Talent Hub brengt organisaties en vluchtelingen dichterbij elkaar met betaalde banen voor vluchtelingen als doel. Dit in het belang van vluchteling, werkgever en maatschappij.

Geschiedenis
The Refugee Talent Hub was first presented in January 2016 during the World Economic Forum(WEF) in Davos to a group of multinational CEO’s. We proposed a platform where companies, NGO’s,government and institutions work hand in hand to bridge the gap between employers and refugee talents. De Refugee Talent Hub is an open network/smart digital platform that gathers structured insights into refugee talents and matches these talents to potential employers, with the goal to accelerate sustainable integration and economic independence of refugees in the Dutch society. We also encourage development of skills and competencies through meaningful waiting activities like language training and internships.
