Geschiedenis
Yoga Minds Amstelveen is located in the center of Amstelveen. The spot for Yoga Minded people in Amstelveen. A style for everybody. Young or old. Bendy or not. Everybody is welcome in our Yoga Shala in the center of Amstelveen. Our studio gives room to 30 students so there no need to make a reservation. There is always a spot for you. Free  bike parking and cars too.
Svadya Yoga

At Yoga Minds we teach Svadya Yoga. An amalgamation of Tantric and Yogic practise and philosophy. A non dual approach.

Svadya means The Ultimate Truth and also To be tasted!

At Yoga Minds we teach Svadya Yoga. Svadya Yoga focuses on self realization. Who am I is the root question.

In many Hatha Yoga movements one has to go trough a series of practises and cleanings both physical and mental before one is ready for the big jump. Svadya Yoga approaches the whole awakening from a different angle. Instead of working your way step-by-step towards the desired goal, we go directly to the root of all suffering.
