Vertaald door Google We willen Dutchify bedanken voor de hulp bij onze verhuizing naar Nederland. Ze zijn super behulpzaam en betrouwbaar. Ik had veel vragen over onze verhuizing en huizenjacht en ik kreeg snel antwoord op al mijn vragen van Colin, Reann of Cherrel. Onze hoofdagent was Colin en ik had nooit kunnen dromen van een beter persoon om onze verhuizing te begeleiden. Het is ons gelukt om het proces van het vinden van het appartement en het krijgen van het bod als nieuwe huurders binnen 5 werkdagen af ​​te ronden! Colin zorgde ervoor dat we vooraf alle documenten verzamelden, de bezichtigingen van de appartementen regelden en het bod verstuurden. In principe mochten we op maandag potentiële appartementen beoordelen, woensdag was voor bezichtigingen en op vrijdag werden we nieuwe huurders. I had a lot of questions regarding our relocation and housing hunt and I was able to get prompt response to each of my questions either from Colin, Reann or Cherrel. Our main agent was Colin and I could never dream of a better person to assist our relocation. We managed to close the process of finding the apartment and getting the offer as new tenants within 5 working days! Colin took care of helping us gather all the documents beforehand, arrange the apartment viewings and send the offer. Basically on Monday we got to review potential apartments, Wednesday was for viewings and on Friday we became new tenants. And it all happened fully-remote since we are expats from Poland. We are beyond thankful. The whole process was stress-free and enjoyable.

En na nog eens 2 dagen na een weekend waren we gerustgesteld dat we het appartement kregen. Ze hielpen ons het contract te controleren, zodat er geen extra teksten waren, en ontmoetten ons op de dag dat we aankwamen. Ook geholpen met de stomme vragen van toen hoe nutsvoorzieningen aan te sluiten, hoe de verwarming in huis aan te zetten, etc.... Ik raad Dutchify zeker aan! En heel erg bedankt aan het team, Cherrel, Nick en Collin. Origineel We used Dutchify in October of this year. Due to the fact that finding accommodation in the Netherlands is crazy these days, Dutchify helped us a lot. Two days after the introductory call, Cherrel sent us an apartment that fit all our expectations. And after another 2 days after a weekend, we were reassured that we got the apartment. They helped us check the contract so there were no extra texts, and met us the day we arrived. Also helped with the stupid at the time questions how to connect utilities, how to turn on the heating at home, etc.... I definitely recommend Dutchify! Omdat we uit Canada kwamen, konden we de plaatsen zelf niet persoonlijk bekijken, en dus heeft Nick het voor ons geregeld! Toen we eenmaal hadden gekozen voor het appartement dat we wilden, zorgde het team voor alles, van het beheer van de huurovereenkomst tot het contact opnemen met de relevante nutsbedrijven om ons te helpen met de installatie. We hoefden niet veel anders te doen dan de contracten lezen en op de stippellijn tekenen. Nick heeft zelfs een chauffeur voor ons geregeld om ons op te halen van het vliegveld, de huissleutels te halen en ons vervolgens af te zetten. Ik schrijf nu deze recensie vanuit ons nieuwe appartement en ben zeer tevreden over het hele proces. Ik raad deze service absoluut aan voor iedereen die hierheen verhuist! Origineel My wife and I have just moved to the Netherlands as I am coming to do a Masters program, and she will be working here. As a result, we had a very specific set of requirements for our move, and a very specific timeline. Dutchify was crucial in our move being smooth and relatively simple. We had a number of meetings with Nick, and then communicated on the Dutchify platform with other staff to view and rate different listings. As we were coming from Canada, we could not view the places in person ourselves, and so Nick took care of it for us! Once we decided on the apartment that we wanted, the team took care of everything, from managing the lease, to contacting the relevant utility companies for us to help with the setup. We didn't have to do much other than read the contracts and sign on the dotted line. Nick even setup a driver for us to pick us up from the airport, get the house keys, then drop us off. I am now writing this review from our new apartment and am very satisfied with the whole process. I absolutely recommend this service for anyone moving here!

Helaas is door COVID-19 onze verhuizing op het laatste moment niet doorgegaan. Het was duidelijk dat we begrepen dat annulering zou betekenen dat we veel van onze aanbetalingen en al betaald geld zouden verliezen. Ik wil duidelijk maken dat het geld dat Dutchify ons momenteel inhoudt, wat ik hieronder bespreek, huur is van een appartement waar we nooit een voet hebben gezet het is Nederlands recht dat onze huurovereenkomst nietig is verklaard. Het is niet eens het volledige bedrag dat we voor het appartement aan huur en borg hebben betaald en het was Nick die zei dat we het terug zouden krijgen omdat te veel beloven en te weinig leveren zijn standaard is. Sinds oktober 2020 houdt Dutchify onze terugbetaling voor ons vermeende appartement vast. Het is vermeldenswaard dat Dutchify beweert te hebben geprobeerd onze betaling terug te krijgen van ons internationale verhuisbedrijf, maar we hebben geen documentatie of papieren spoor gekregen om aan te geven of dat een succesvolle onderneming was of niet. We hebben eigenlijk alleen ooit een offerte van de verhuizers hebben ontvangen, we hebben geen ondertekend exemplaar van hun contract met Dutchify om de algemene voorwaarden te lezen. Dus het is mogelijk dat Dutchify een terugbetaling van dat bedrijf heeft ontvangen, maar ons dat gewoon niet heeft verteld. Ik geloof dat ons geld is uitgegeven, en Dutchify is niet van plan om het ooit aan ons terug te geven, zoals ze beloofden, tijdens een wereldwijde pandemie waarin maar heel weinig van ons duizenden dollars over hebben. We hebben contact met de relevante autoriteiten en zullen ons geld terugkrijgen, maar we delen ons verhaal om andere mensen te helpen hoofdpijn te voorkomen. Dutchify is een bedrijf dat ik niet zou inhuren als ik dit helemaal opnieuw zou kunnen doen en ik zou anderen willen aansporen om hen ook te vermijden. Het lijkt erop dat Dutchify op mensen jaagt tijdens een van de meest stressvolle gebeurtenissen in hun leven en hoewel ze nog steeds klanten vragen, hebben ze me verteld dat ze momenteel "alle nazorg en ondersteuning hebben opgeschort", wat behoorlijk indicatief is voor hun motieven om hun klanten geld, maar niet hun beste belangen, als hun prioriteit. De realiteit is dat Dutchify onze aanbetaling sinds oktober heeft en het nu maart is, kun je bijna 6 maanden zonder duizenden van je eigen dollars leven als je verhuizing zou mislukken? Honestly, I still can't work out if Dutchify are a real company or not. It appears that there's no employees other than Nick, the owner, and that he seems to manage multiple email aliases to give the impression he has a full team working for him. If you've googled Dutchify, you've probably found that I have left this exact review everywhere I possibly could. My reason is that when my partner and I were researching Dutchify we were swayed and influenced by the positive reviews we found on various sites. I now have reason to suspect these positive reviews were not left by actual clients, and instead were probably left by Nick and/or people acting on his behalf. We employed the services of Dutchify in June 2020, and set our sights on a September move from Toronto Canada to Amsterdam. Unfortunately, due to COVID, our move fell through at the last minute. Obviously we understood that cancellation would mean we lost a lot of our deposits and money we had already paid. I want to be clear that the money Dutchify are currently withholding from us, which I discuss further below, is rent on an apartment we never set foot in it is Dutch law that our rental agreement was voided. It isn't even the full amount we paid for the apartment in rent and deposits and it was Nick who said we would get it back because over promising and underdelivering is his standard. Since October 2020 Dutchify has been holding our refund for our supposed apartment. It's worth noting that Dutchify claims to have tried to get our payment back from our international moving company too, but we haven't been provided with any documentation or paper trail to indicate whether that was a successful endeavor or not. We actually only ever received a quote from the movers, we don't have a signed copy of their contract with Dutchify to read it's terms and conditions. So, it's possible Dutchify did receive a refund from that company but simply didn't tell us. I believe our money has been spent, and Dutchify has no intention of ever returning it to us, as they promised, during a global pandemic when very few of us have thousands of dollars to spare. We are in touch with the relevant authorities and will get our money back, but we're sharing our story to help other people avoid the headache. Dutchify is a company I would not hire if I could do this all over again and I would urge others to avoid them also. It appears that Dutchify preys on people during one of the most stressful events of their lives and, although they are still soliciting clients, they have told me they have presently "suspended all aftercare and support" which is pretty indicative of their motives to have their clients money, but not their best interests, as their priority. No doubt Nick/Dutchify will respond to this review with excuses and some story about where our money is and when we can expect to have it returned, please do not give their response any weight. The reality is that Dutchify has had our deposit since October and it's now March, can you live without thousands of your own dollars for almost 6 months if your move were to fall through?
