Conscious Kitchen is an initiative that focuses on the prevention of food waste in The Hague, the Netherlands. In September 2016, a small group of dedicated volunteers in The Hague began to save food from markets and supermarkets. The surplus food we save is perfectly edible, thus every week we prepare a delicious dinner for anyone who comes. Feel like joining?
