We're a vintage-inspired concept store founded in the heart of Amsterdam.

We believe, we source the best premium products for the everyday modern man. With incredible amounts of knowledge, we know exactly what details to look for and how to style specific garments. We find rare pieces, lost treasures and are obliged to hand-pick the most aesthetically pleasing and functional products.

Concrete Matter began as a collaborative effort between Tim, Tomas and Jacob - three young, creative guys from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Bound together by our passion for useful, durable and beautifully crafted products. We set up a small but comprehensive online store in early 2012. Tim, an award-winning graphic designer, took care of product photography and design.

Concrete Matter’s range of products includes vintage-inspired apparel, original workwear, premium footwear, vintage globes, historical maps, shoe care products, outdoor gear, personal care & grooming products, taxidermy, cufflinks, tools, lithography and a range of compelling curiosities.

Curious and adventurous as we are, we’re always looking to expand on that. If it’s one of those rare items that successfully walks the line between beauty and durability, then we’re on it.

Ultimately, that’s what we’re trying to achieve: We counteract a throw-away culture of anonymous mass production. We also believe, durability and stylish aesthetics are often a tightly knit couple.
