Restaurant Bougainville is located in the monumental Industria building with a unique view of Dam Square with the legendary World War II monument and The Royal Palace. The restaurant located on the third floor will be led by Michelin-star chef Pascal Jalhay.
For special Gastronomic occasions restaurant Bougainville has a Chefs Room, where guests can have a special private dinner with views of the famous Rokin and is the only table looking in on the main kitchen.
